Highly effective three component filter material ensuring fresh, living aquarim water, low in detrimental substances (for freshwater aquariums only). PRESAL eliminates all detrimental substances such as albumin, ammonium, phosphate, phenol, organic acids and removes nitrate in its entirety from freshwater aquariums. PRESAL works selectively, i.e. essential components are not filtered out. All detrimental substances contained in tap water are quickly removed. An aquarium filtered with PRESAL will hardly age; it remains fresh and healthy for a long time. One package of PRESAL Freshwater will last about 2 months and will keep an aquarium of up to 200 l free of polluting/toxic agents. When using the product for the first time, primary activation is recommended after 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of nitrates. This way, subsequent intervals between reactivations will become longer. As the filter material is depleted, the nitrate content will slowly begin to rise. Then it is time to reactivate. PRESAL can be used in all suctionfilters, f.e. Eheim.
